Return Policy

Should there be any issues with your order, please let us know as soon as possible with the order number and any details of the issue. We will do our very best to resolve this for you.

Orders may be refunded if there is an issue with the product so long as the products are unopened, unused and in a re-sellable condition.

Please note that the return postage is the responsibility of the customer and the order refund will not include the original postage amount.

Should a product be damaged during the shipment of the product, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange subject to receiving photo evidence within 48 hours.

In all cases, please provide proof of purchase and all products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for us to process and resolve any issues.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
